- At least a Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited University or college, preferably with a
Mechanical or Civil background and knowledge of Oil field is preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience in developing and managing products in commercial environment in particular Oil field segment
- Excellent is financial analysis and commercial acumen with the ability to delegate and do multi task
- Possess advance communication skills (verbal and written), strong negotiation skills, self commitment and result-oriented
- Team Player, high agility and has ability to work in dynamic environment with strong desire to break through
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to details and good understanding of Market
