l To establish quantity take off for all civil & building works as per approved drawings and
methods of evaluation and measurements.
l To prepare and submits items and corresponding quantities to input in the system by Planning Department.
l To update BOQ in order to incorporate in the system.
l Preparations & monitoring of daily progress report.
l Checking and commenting of weekly progress to be submitted to Planning Department.
l Updating drawings and all related documents.
l Monitoring daily works activities at site.
l Checking and monitoring safety procedures at site.
